Responsible for checking guests into and out of the hotel. Posts charges to guestrooms, verifies credit cards, balances bank at the end of the shift. Distributes information to guests in a timely manner. Assists in rectifying guests questions and concerns.
Most positions offer flexible scheduling and some may include all three shifts. All positions may include weekends and holidays. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is professional, has a great attitude, enjoys working in a team atmosphere, and excels in customer service.
